The newly renovated charming Casita Vista Valle (Valley view) is located above Sóller, below the mountain road that connects Sóller to Fornalutx. The driving distance to Sóller and Fornalutx is approximately 5 minutes.
Equipment
The upper floor which is entered through the main door, consists of the combined living room / dining area with the open kitchen. In the living area there are two sofas and a table, a wood stove, satellite TV and CD-player. Around the corner is the dining area with a table and chairs and the open kitchen. From here you can access the terrace with its wonderful views over the almost entire valley of Sóller.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine.
A floor below are located the two bedrooms: one with a double bed 150x190 cm, the other one with one single bed (90x190 cm). Here´s also the modern bathroom with shower and toilet.
The wonderful outside, the Mediterranean garden and the pool terrace invite for nice resting and swimming and offer fantastic views over the valley. BBQ area with table and chairs, and the pool with a size of 7.5 x 3.5 m.
